It is our responsibility to balance the budget agreed with our clients.
We will help you to identify the cost of your project and provide you with a cost estimate.
No two projects are the same. Most of our work involves bespoke design.
We divide the project down into a series of actions required. Each section is estimated
and the client is free to choose how
they wish to proceed.
Our commitment to cost transparency allows us to work with our clients, to agree
upon a project that meets with their aspirations and their budget.
Every decision is made with the benefit of an informed position.
All expenses are published, each cost is detailed and all discounts are returned
to the client.

Plotting ahead
Manto will first develop an integrated Project Delivery Programme, which divides
the project into a series of events and identifies the critical path.
This allows us to accurately plan our site works, organise tradesmen, compile
a procurement schedule and most importantly put in place the necessary controls
to ensure the project is delivered safe and on time.
As part of our commitment to transparency and collaborative working, the Project
Delivery Programme will be constantly updated and reported against.

procedures and guidance
We identify planning scope, major constraints and contract requirements
We identify major quantities and factors affecting the programme
We make sure that the Contract Programme is produced, managed and maintained
in accordance with the planning procedures
We are accountable for the overall planning strategy and the timing & sequence
of the Contract Programme activities
We continually monitor projected costs to completion in line with budget
We ensure contract variations are identified, valued and turned into agreed variation
orders with the customer in a timely manner
